The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 ("PoSH")

The Sexual Harassment at Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) (PoSH)Act, 2013 was enacted with the objective to create a safe and secure workplace for women free from sexual harassment. The Act aims to prevent and address incidents of sexual harassment of women at their place of work and provide a mechanism for redressal of complaints related to such harassment.
