Project Description
Government of Rajasthan has installed “eMitra-Plus” also called SERVICE ATM, the unmanned interactive self-service kiosks (SSK) and "Pehchan Service Kiosk" (PSK) in Government Agencies / Organizations or public places for creation of ecosystem with automated service delivery to the residents of State.
This is extended part of the e-Mitra, e-Mitra plus machines are installed at each Gram Panchayat and at public places in rural and urban areas of State.
Approach and Objective
IEC of various Government schemes.
Empowering residents of the State through Self Service ATMs wherein residents can avail G2C and B2C service on their own without any manual intervention.
Extension of the video conferencing facility to common man that provides the access to the live sessions with the government officials and public can register its feedbacks and problems directly to government officers.
