RajERP - ERP Suite For PSU's of Government of Rajasthan

Project Description

RajERP is a standard ERP solution developed by Government of Rajasthan for implementation in different PSU’s of Government of Rajasthan. The suite consist of many modules related to the complete automation of all the processes of any PSU’s, such as HRMS (Human Resource Management System), FA (Financial Accounting Management), MM (Material Management), WPM (Works and Project Management), S&M (Sales & Marketing) etc.

Approach and Objective

The objectives and approach to achieve these is as follow for RajERP :

• To provide a cost effective, easy to implement, flexible ERP solution to the PSU’s of Government of Rajasthan to bring efficiency in their operations.
• Standard modules were developed looking into the 60% similarities in the operations of the different Government PSU’s.
• These standard modules are easily customized and configured for implementation in any Government PSU as per the request received from the PSU.

Outcome

• HRMS module has been made live in 8 PSU’s consisting of JMRC (Jaipur Metro), RISL (Raj Comp) , RSMML (Rajasthan State Minerals & Mines Limited) , AUK, 3 DISCOM’s (Jaipur,Ajmer and Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited) and RVUNL (Rajasthan Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited).
• FA Module has been made live in RISL, RSMML, AUK and DISCOM’s.
• MM and SM modules has been made go live in RSMML.
• CPF/GPF module has been made Go-Live in RVPN.

• Increasing the ambit of the Project by catering requirements received from other PSUs of the Government of Rajasthan
