Anukampa (Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment Management System- RajCAMS )

Project Description

The Dept. of Personnel has envisioned the need for a web enabled application for recruitment on compassionate grounds (Anukampa) and requested DOIT&C to develop this application.

Approach and Objective

• To provide an interface to Applicant (dependent of deceased Government servant) to apply for 'Anukampa' for the purpose of Compassionate Appointment.
• To automate the verification and approval process of the application for the Anukampa.
• Improve transparency, efficiency & accountability of the all departments and DOP.

Outcome

• Compilation of vacant seat database at single place for the Anukampa for the purpose of compassionate appointment.
• Acknowledgement & notifications to the applicant on their Mobile phones through SMS.
• Analytical Dashboards for proper tracking of applications and monitoring of selection process.
• All data related to the maintenance of death registers, vacancies, and recruitments is stored appropriately.
