Under the E-governance initiative and Ease of Doing Business campaign, it was decided to develop and implement online services for LSG department, which result into initiation of “IT Enablement of LSG” project in February, 2020.
Approach and Objective
The objective of the project is to:
• In order to achieve better ranking under EoDB campaign, a online services for the department was required.
• To improve standard and efficient reporting system
• LSG officials to check the overall status of the applications submitted by citizens under 216 ULBs and take
timely action to meet the targets.
• All the services should be available anytime anywhere to all citizens, which will save time and ease the
process for applying department services.
